Technical Requirements

Internet connection of at least 30Mbps required

Latest Chrome Browser in use, which is Version 108.0.5359.125 (Official Build) (64-bit) at time of writing (December 2022)

iPad

10.2 inch 9th generation OS version 15.6.1; no internet connection required after App has been installed on iPad.

Troubleshooting Guide for Laptop/PC

Check Internet Connectivity

Enter fast.com in your browser window and check that your Internet download speed is at least 30 Mbps

Check Browser version

Click the 3 vertical dots in the top right of the browser window

Select Settings

Select About Chrome

Check that WebGL is enabled

For most users WebGL is on by default, to check enter get.webgl.org in your browser window and you should see a spinning cube. If you don’t you might have disabled WebGL by accident. Type chrome/settings into the address bar. Press Enter. Search for hardware acceleration and enable it.

Gather a system report and check that your laptop/PC meets the minimum requirements as specified above

In particular, follow the steps on how to Save a system report. Please save the complete file, not just a screen shot.

How to raise a Support Ticket:

If you still cannot access Muckross Quest raise a ticket with Support by emailing quest@digisoft.tv. In order to raise a ticket with Support the following information must be provided or your ticket will be rejected:

1. Chrome Browser Version (For Example 108.0.5359.125)

2. Internet Download Speed (For Example 30 Mbps)

3. Output from WebGL check above (For Example, I can confirm I can see the spinning cube)

4. File saved from System Report (Complete file, not just a screen shot)
